
What is Counselling?
I come from the person-centred tradition of counselling which focuses on your entire well-being. This approach is also based on the belief that the relationship you have with yourself is the most important one; helping you develop this can lead to higher levels of self-awareness and allow you to live life in a more satisfactory, fulfilling and meaningful way.
I have a broad range of experience working with adults and young people. Issues I have dealt with include:
· Relationship problems.
· Low self-esteem and confidence.
· Anger management.
· Anxiety and Depression.
· Loss.
· Abuse and trauma in all their forms.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I offer face-to-face, telephone and online sessions.
